Christina Healy Collister (she/her)
CI/CT, HCI, QMHI
Hello, my name is Christina Healy Collister. I’ve been interpreting in a wide variety of settings since 2003, and I enjoy working as a team with consumers and fellow interpreters to make events flow as easily and comfortably as possible. I value advocating for Deaf people’s rights for full access and inclusion, and I work to educate society-at-large about ASL interpreting as a profession. At the same time, I see the burden of cost for family gatherings that are not funded by business or government resources, and how it becomes an additional weight in already stressful times. I am so grateful to Deaf friends and the community who have invested in me so much time, patience, play, correction, and much more over the years, and I am honored to provide services pro bono as one small thank you in return.
